Cancellation policy:
With written notice to reserva@hotelpenonsuites.com more than 8 days in advance, the reservation can be transferred or postponed up to 2 months.
No refunds will be made for any circumstances.
If you do not show up on the day of arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Pet policy:
HOTEL PEÑÓN SUITES reserves the right to admit pets based on management's criteria and policies. The charge per pet per night is $60,000, with the priority of ensuring the comfort and tranquility of all guests.
- A maximum weight of 10 kilos is established for pets.
- Only one pet per room is allowed.
- Each pet is required to bring its own bedding.
- Pets are required, without exception, to be properly leashed in any area of the hotel property.
- Pets are strictly prohibited from sleeping on room or hotel furnishings.
- Pets may not remain in the room if their owner is not present, and housekeeping will not be performed in the room in the absence of the owner.
- Pets are prohibited in areas designated by management.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
- Any damage caused by the pet will be the sole responsibility of its owner.
- It is required to respect the space and tranquility of other guests at all times.
- It is considered the owner's responsibility to maintain proper pet hygiene.
- Pet owners are expected to act responsibly at all times.
- Upon check-out, the guest must allow enough time for the hotel staff to inspect the room.
- For security reasons, pets are not allowed in the restaurant area.
- The use of a leash is required if the pet transits through any area of the hotel.
- A daily inspection of the room will be carried out to evaluate possible damages caused by the pet.
- Guests are requested to provide and use fecal collection bags for the care of their pet.
- Bathing the pet(s) inside the room's shower is prohibited, as well as using hotel-owned towels to dry the pet.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pet does not disturb the order or tranquility of other guests.
These regulations are established in order to facilitate a harmonious coexistence for all guests. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the administration reserves the right to suspend service to pet owners. It is important to note that while we strive to provide the best possible experience for both the guest and their pet, our priority will always be the well-being and satisfaction of the primary guest. Please do not bring pets that tend to bark excessively or show aggression towards people or other pets. Any complaint by a guest will be treated with the utmost seriousness, and the management may decide to terminate the room rental contract, without the right to reimbursement of the room payment or the pet's stay.
